Leveraging Argyle's strategic prowess, all 11 land allotments were successfully negotiated for sale to a single purchaser at an exceptional price point. This strategic manoeuvre significantly reduced the required capital and de-risked the project for our tier 1 funder, ensuring an outstanding return on cash rate.
