Developed in partnership with Argyle, this site is comprised of 11 residential land allotments and a childcare centre, on track for completion in late 2024. Leveraging Argyle's strategic prowess, all 11 land allotments were successfully negotiated for sale to a single purchaser at an exceptional price point. This strategic manoeuvre significantly reduced the required capital and de-risked the project for our Tier 1 funding partner, ensuring an outstanding return on cash rate.
With a total expected value exceeding $6,350,000 and a national tenant committing to secure the childcare, this project is ideally poised to address the burgeoning demand for housing and childcare services in the area.
