Our project in Pasadena is comprised of three single-storey detached dwellings conveniently located on the corner of Southern Avenue and Western Avenue. Our profound understanding of the Planning Code, combined with effective acquisition and due diligence processes led us to achieve Planning Consent in just 90-days, followed swiftly by a site start in August 2024. We are excited to see these boutique homes continue to come to life over the next 12 months!
