Ben is the dynamic force behind Argyle Projects, blending leadership, vision, and industry expertise. He has managed over $200 million worth of projects and, as the General Manager of the Projects Division, played a key role in growing a local builder from constructing 100 homes to becoming one of South Australia’s Top 10 Builders over five years.

Ben specialises in acquisition, contract negotiations, development management from inception to completion and possesses unparalleled knowledge of Planning Regulations and Building Codes & Standards. He has facilitated and worked on multiple joint ventures and investor-based opportunities, understanding the respect and trust essential to these relationships and investments.

Bailey is the newest member of the Argyle team. Coming from an architectural background, Bailey brings a creative skillset that will be vital in the planning stages and overall success of projects. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture, Bailey began his career with one of Australia’s largest home builders before completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Property and inevitability taking the step towards property development.

As an Assistant Development Manager, Bailey assists in managing and delivering small-medium density residential projects from site identification, site assessment, design, development and project management. Bailey will liaise with stakeholders through the entire development to ensure key milestones are achieved by implementing smooth processes and clear communication.

As the Head of Acquisitions, Michael is responsible for securing new development opportunities. Day-in, day-out he is constantly assessing potential sites to optimise the quality of developments completed by Argyle. Every site analysis is treated with the same creative approach and specific due diligence processes in aims to get the best out of each and every site.

Michael has a diverse range of professional experience, after achieving a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor Business, he transitioned his career into the world of property, where he has now managed a number of residential developments in recent years worth several million dollars.

After spending years building a wide and diverse network, Michael now focusses on what he does best, building relationships and closing deals. Within Adelaide’s property development industry, Michael is widely regarded as a trusted and well-respected individual with a strong sense of integrity who aims to create a positive outcome for all parties involved in a deal.
